Delivery & Returns Policy

The terms used in capital letters in this Delivery & Returns Policy shall have the meanings set out in our Terms & Conditions, unless otherwise stated.

Delivery

1.1       Bundy & Webster Ltd. will notify you by way of email when your Goods are to be dispatched to you.  The message will contain details of estimated delivery times in addition to any reasons for a delay in the delivery of the Goods purchased by you. If no delivery date is specified, then it will be within 30 days of the date of the dispatch email, unless there are exceptional circumstances, for example, if delivery is affected by an event outside our control (see Terms & Conditions for our responsibilities). Delivery may take longer if you are resident outside of the UK and delivery charges may be higher (see the Postage section below).

1.2       If Bundy & Webster Ltd. receives no communication from you in respect of your right to cancel the order if applicable (see below), you are deemed to have received and accepted the Goods.

1.3       The Goods will be at your risk on completion of delivery.

1.4       Ownership of the Goods will only pass to you when we receive full payment of all sums due in respect of the Goods, including any delivery charges.

Returns

Bundy & Webster Ltd. aims to always provide high quality Goods that are fault free and undamaged.  On occasion however, goods may need to be returned.  After ordering if you are unhappy with our products in any way, they can be returned or exchanged in accordance with our Terms & Conditions and this Delivery & Returns Policy. See clause 2.5 below for how to get in touch with us.

2.1       Faulty Goods: If any Goods you have purchased have faults when they are delivered to you or were mis-described, you should contact Bundy & Webster Ltd. as soon as you find out about the fault (we believe that within 28 days is reasonable) to arrange collection and return.  Bundy & Webster Ltd. is responsible for paying postage and shipment costs.  Goods must be returned in their original condition with all packaging and documentation.  Upon receipt of the returned Goods and once we have checked that they are faulty or mis-described, the price of the Goods, as paid by you, will be refunded to you through the payment method used by you when purchasing the Goods in accordance with clause 2.7.3 below.

2.2       If any Goods develop faults within their warranty period, you are entitled to a repair or replacement under the terms of that warranty.

2.3       Damaged Goods: If Goods are damaged in transit and the damage is apparent on delivery, you should report such damage to Bundy & Webster Ltd. as soon as you find out about the damage (we believe that within 28 days is reasonable) and arrange collection and return.  Bundy & Webster Ltd. will be responsible for paying postage and shipment costs in respect of damaged Goods.  Upon receipt of the returned Goods and once we have checked that they are damaged, the price of the Goods, as paid by you, will be refunded to you through the payment method used by you when purchasing the Goods in accordance with clause 2.7.3 below.

2.4       Consumer right to cancel:

2.4.1      If you are a consumer, you have a statutory right to a “cooling off” period in which you may cancel your order (for any reason whatsoever) after it has been delivered to you.  This period begins from the date of the dispatch email from us (which is the date the contract between us is formed – see our Terms & Conditions) and ends at the end of 14 days after the day on which the Goods have been delivered to you (if applicable, after the last Good is delivered to you if you ordered Goods under the same order but they are delivered separately).  If you change your mind about the Goods within this period, please let us know and return them to Bundy & Webster Ltd. without delay and within 14 days of letting us know you want to cancel.  You are responsible for paying postage and / or shipment costs if Goods are returned for this reason. Advice about your legal right to cancel the order is available from your local Citizens' Advice Bureau or Trading Standards office. Upon receipt of the returned Goods and once we have checked that they are not damaged or faulty (caused by you), the price of the Goods, as paid by you, will be refunded to you through the payment method used by you when purchasing the Goods, in accordance with clause 2.7.3 below.

2.4.2      If you have requested any alteration or customisation to your own specification that is not found on the Web Site, you may not cancel your order before or after delivery unless the Goods are damaged or faulty. Bundy & Webster Ltd. have no obligation to take your Goods back and give you a refund, but we may use our discretion in certain circumstances.

2.5       How to contact us: If you wish to return Goods to Bundy & Webster Ltd. for any of the above reasons, you just need to let us know (within any applicable timeframe above). The easiest way to do this is to complete and send us the cancellation form here, or you can contact us using the details on http://www.bundyandwebster.com/pages/contact-us to make the appropriate arrangements. Please include details of your order to help us to identify it.

2.6       How to return Goods: If a Good has been delivered to you and you then decide to cancel your order:

2.6.1       then you must return it to us to Bundy & Webster Limited, 33 Kildoran Road, London, SW2 5JY UK without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days after the day on which you let us know that you wish to cancel the order. If we have offered to collect the Good from you, unless otherwise agreed we will collect the Good from the address to which it was delivered. We will contact you to arrange a suitable time for collection;

2.6.2       unless the Good is faulty, not as described or damaged, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the Good to us. If the Good is one which cannot be returned by post, we estimate that if you use the carrier which delivered the Good to you, these costs should not exceed the sums we charged you for delivery. If we have offered to collect the Good from you, we will charge you the direct cost to us of collection.

2.7        The refund of returned Goods:

2.7.1     If you are entitled to a refund, please note that we are permitted by law to reduce your refund to reflect any reduction in the value of the Goods, if this has been caused by your handling them in a way which would not be permitted in a shop.

2.7.2       If we have agreed to cover return delivery costs, as permitted by law, the maximum refund will be the costs of delivery by the least expensive delivery method we offer (provided that this is a common and generally acceptable method). For example, if we offer delivery of a Good within 3-5 days at one cost but you choose to have the Good delivered within 24 hours at a higher cost, then we will only refund what you would have paid for the cheaper delivery option.

2.7.3       If you are entitled to a refund, refunds due to you will be made as soon as possible and in any event within the deadlines indicated below:

2.7.3.1       if you have received the Good and we have not offered to collect it from you: 14 days after the day on which we receive the Good back from you or, if earlier, the day on which you provide us with evidence that you have sent the Good back to us; or

2.7.3.2       if you have not received the Good or you have received it and we have offered to collect it from you: 14 days after you inform us of your decision / right to cancel the order.

2.7       Bundy & Webster Ltd. reserves the right to exercise discretion with respect to any returns under these Terms & Conditions.  Factors which may be taken into account in the exercise of this discretion include, but are not limited to:

2.7.1   Any use or enjoyment that you may have already had out of the Goods;

2.7.2   Any characteristics of the Goods which may cause them to deteriorate or expire rapidly;

2.7.3   Any discounts that may have formed part of the purchase price of the Goods to reflect any lack of quality made known to you at the time of purchase.

Such discretion to be exercised only within the confines of the law.
